Apartments and Townhouses with Sea Views

This gated development on the Costa del Sol offers 22 apartments with two or three bedrooms and 18 townhouses with four bedrooms. The apartments have a built area of 80 m² to 105 m², terraces of 30 m² to 38 m² and two bathrooms. The townhouses have a built area of 224 m², terraces of 94 m², four bathrooms and a private plot with a garden and its own swimming pool. Every apartment and townhouse comes with a garage space and a storage room. Prices start at €647,800. The blocks follow the slope of the hillside, which gives the terraces open views over the Mediterranean and towards the mountains behind. The apartments sit on the ground, first and second floors, and the townhouses stand on their own plots.

The common areas include an outdoor swimming pool with salt chlorination, a spa, a fully equipped gym, a social lounge and a coworking space. Every apartment and townhouse holds an Energy Rating A, which means lower demand for heating, cooling and hot water, and lower running costs. Hot water comes from an individual aerothermal heat pump that uses renewable energy and consumes less electricity than a conventional electric water heater. The thermal envelope is improved with extra insulation in the facade and the roof, insulation from the common areas, and window frames with a thermal break. An individual mechanical ventilation system extracts air through ducts from the bathrooms and kitchen and draws fresh air in through the bedrooms and living areas, and the window frames also have a micro-ventilation setting. The garages include a pre-installation for electric vehicle charging under regulation ITC-BT-52.

The development sits on the hillside above La Cala de Mijas, about two minutes from the town centre and less than 2 km from the beach. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a health centre and schools are all a short drive away. Several golf courses are close by, including La Noria, El Chaparral, Calanova, Miraflores and La Cala Golf. The A-7 runs below the site with quick access to the AP-7 toll road.
